Chris Maphis, Realtor Chris has been a Realtor since 2014. Tanya, his wife, and their two daughters are the apple of his eye. Chris is a former Deacon of Sneads Assembly of God, where he and his wife are current Members. Chris has been a business owner, starting from the age of 18. One of his former businesses is in the field of Commercial Floor Covering, where he worked mainly for the Dept. of Management services as a subcontractor for the State of Florida. He also has done work at the Remington Firearms Headquarters in Madison, NC, at the Stadium for the Blue Wahoo's Baseball team in Pensacola, FL, and for multiple Military Bases all over the South Eastern United States. Chris has owned several other construction based businesses, also. His experience as a Contractor and Businessman brings a valuable perspective into the Real Estate Market. Duties and Responsibilities Chris handles a multitude of items for the Chris and Serena Team including: Contract Drafting, Contract Negotiations, Listing Agreement paperwork and requirements ,Contract-to-Close duties, Comparable Market Analysis needs, basically any item that may arise from Contract beginning to final close out! |
